...new start

ohh, my.. it`s been ages since I ve last posted on here. Well not really ages... but a while!!!
Been busy with work, studies and many other stuff... so was not bothered about much blogging, as I really thought nobody is reading them. During these few weeks I ve been asked not once about me not blogging, so I thought maybe I can try doing some. well, we`ll see...
I ve lately been focused on the stuff i love, and that`s mostly DESIGN and ART...do not see myself as possible writer or anything, so instead tried improving my skills in what i am gifted at. As you might see 2 other blogs I ve got are related to art:
1st one is called D-art... my personal works as a designer and 2nd one is for my photoshots.. that`s the second passion I have...taking shots... carrying my camera in my little girly purse every day.. and crazy enough to get on knees in order to get great macro shot...... insane, isn`t that??

Anyway, to be continued...
there are so many things going on in my life.. PLANS, AMBITIONS, FRIENDSHIPS... so I might update my non-personal DIARY on here once in a while.

I ve been (and am now) quite busy with university and exams, but one thing which I remember daily as days goes by, and new morning comes, is that God is full of grace! And He loves us no matter what...even when we`re not faithful, He remains FAITHFUL!

Thank God He loves us too much to leave us the way we are ... that gives hope to me, so I can leap in joy! ( ok, need to get back to work.....)

HolidaYS..

I love holidays...at the moment Riga NATO SUMMIT is taking place in Latvia... due to this, it`s been an oficial holiday for the Latvia... 3 days... so best thing to do.. is run away... far away to enjoy nature and freedom... not alone of course!!!

My HERITAGE

Hmm, well I rarely do things where I don`t see point... this time I`ll do an exception, doing heritage (???) test for fun!
I would like to know what does this test gives to me...is it gonna show me WHO AM I or WHAT I COULD BECOME, according to my facial features or what?

I do enjoy being myself though!!!

going back home or what? LONDON

...One of my dreams was to go to England one day... and I can`t believe it happened (there were some obstacles for it to happen)!!!

probably it might sound odd, but on the 1st day as I stepped of the tube in London I felt like coming back home...everything seemed so familiar (although didn`t know how to figure out tube systems)...

And contrary.. getting up this morning in my own bed was so odd...

Some people pointed out my reticence while being there, but I was too owerwhelmed and amazed with everything I experienced there...

Foggy morning

hmm..this happens when we are not ready

...time is unstoppable [although Bible prooves that there are possible cases-Joshua 10:12-14]!














But this is what happens when WE ARE NOT READY!!! sometimes it`s just a minute, a day, a month, a year...but we still think that we are not ready...we still need time!!!
Things are going their own [perfect] way...and time setting is ALWAYS under control [by Creator of time]!

Ohh, and when this kind of case happens in our lifes [when something unpredictable happens ]..it`s not so bad...it`s getting even more intriguing and fun [although we doubt it before].

Oficial SNOW day

It`s 1st snow day this year...and this was quite surprisingly special day [although I am not a SNOW LOVER]! Not too much into details, but walking while it snows is great...and refreshing...hailstones melts as they get behind my coat`s collar...snowflakes are dancing and dashing in faces of many strangers I see...from the freezing wind my cheeks gets red...little children dressed up like teddies...and it does start looking like arctic...brrrr..freezingly cold...

It`s all so beautiful, but I guess I`ve taken all of these things as granted, and don`t see them as anyhow special as days goes by....

But I want to see little things, and cherish those moments...as they are UNIQUE!!!

overcoming fears to gain a FRIEND....

It`s always been great challange for me to meet new people...I`m not too bad at communications...it`s just the fact, that new things scares me!

But being in these situations time after time, I`ve discovered that greater the fear to come up to the person...more I should do it!

Looking back...need to admit, that best friends I`ve got now...those are people to whome I was too scared [not willing] to come up to say HI...

first impression [skin colour, language, interests, IQ, past, beliefs etc.] might be wrong...so take a courage and gain new friendship!!!

It`s great to see people with various interests coming together and spending time, encouraging, serving each other..enjoying it...[who said there is no arguing?]...but however it`s so much worth it...

Discovering RIGA...

One of tasks done for school was to find samples of an art nouveau architecture. Doing that I`ve discovered few others things, which I haven`t noticed before!

ART NOUVEAU...has always been my favourite architecture style...contains great accuracy and sophistication.

So here are buildings, which grabbed my attention (not only art nouveau)...

I was shoked discovering, that there are so much more samples of this type of architecture (RigaTourism) in Riga`s old town, which ones I didn`t manage to find or identify as an art nouveau! ONE OF my favourite - on Teātra Street 9 (1903, architects Heinrich Scheel). This building is decorated with images of mythological gods - Athena and Hermes. The building is crowned by Atlas, holding on his shoulders a globe that is made of glass and zinc. The globe is lit up at night.
