LOVE Thy neighbour

Neighbor?
Friend?
just an acquintance...
or maybe passerby...
How much do we show our care to others? Whether I am too practical, or not into romantic too much... I believe that care and love should be expressed in other ways...not just in beautiful words or songs (although it`s also important)...but we don`t sing serenades to every passerby, right?

As 1.Cor 13 says what is LOVE:
4Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.
5It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
6
Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.
7
It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
8Love never fails.

Does these things characterize our attitude towards others...or we just skip God`s commandments?

Mathew 22:36-39
Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?"

Jesus replied:
'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.'

Ohh, and we definately love ourselves, don`t we?
